氣炸烤箱預熱至 200°C

鱈魚排充分拭乾,撒下半量海鹽、半量黑胡椒,置襯有烤盤紙的烤盤中。

拌和橄欖油、日式麵包粉、歐芹碎、蒜茸、檸檬汁、檸檬皮末、所餘的半量海鹽、所餘的半量黑胡椒,均勻敷在鱈魚排上,壓實。入預熱的烤箱烤至外層金黃,鱈魚僅熟,約 15 分鐘。

盛盤,飾以檸檬片、歐芹葉尖。送席,搭配香草優酪醬汁供食。
