120 | grams 冷凍蔓越莓(1 杯) |

6 | 枚薄荷葉尖 |
以 100 ml 清水浸潤凍膠粉,加熱至溶化。 白糖、 80 ml 清水同煮至白糖溶化,續煮二分鐘,至略呈濃稠。落入蔓越莓,以小火煮至莓果爆裂而尚未變形,約五分鐘。盛出糖汁蔓越莓。 所餘糖汁過篩,酌加涼水,至共得 400 ml。加入凍膠汁中調和均勻,分盛入六只威士忌杯內。 荔枝去皮去核,出成果肉,分加入杯中。水蜜桃去核,分切為六辦,每半切成二塊,分加入杯中。每杯加上數枚糖汁蔓越莓,冷藏至凝結,約四小時。 在已凝結的果凍上飾以綠檸檬四分片、薄荷葉尖,送席。 Lychees
