grams 原味優酪, plain yogurt

只愛文芒果, 去皮去核切塊

只白桃, 去皮去核切塊

枚薄荷葉尖

凍膠粉、白糖同以 60 ml 清水浸潤,加熱至溶化。調入優酪,分盛入六只威士忌杯內。每杯酌量加入芒果塊、白桃塊,冷藏至充分凝結,約四小時。

加上所餘的芒果塊、白桃塊,飾以糖汁蔓越莓、薄荷葉尖,送席。
