厚酪打至均勻,留取少許用於裝飾,冷藏。冷燻紅鮭魚選取二長條,捲成花朵形,留作裝飾,冷藏。酪梨每只切成四分瓣,去核,留取一瓣用於裝飾,冷藏。其餘去皮,直向切成薄片。 取一片可麗餅,置盤中。鋪上一層酪梨片,敷上一層厚酪,輕手抹平。覆上第二片可麗餅,鋪上一層鮭魚片,敷上一層厚酪,輕手抹平。依同樣方式,繼續一層酪梨片、一層鮭魚片,至鋪上最後一層可麗餅。加蓋,充分冷藏。 Lox
