160 | grams 毛豆仁 |
aa | 海鹽 for blanching |
120 | grams 厚酪, strained yogurt |
15 | grams 平葉歐芹葉 |
10 | grams 蒜碎 |
aa | 檸檬皮末, from ½ 只檸檬 |
3 | grams 海鹽(½ 小匙) |
1 | gram 現磨黑胡椒(½ 小匙) |
aa | 奶油胚芽餅乾 from Costco |
毛豆仁以薄鹽沸水燙至僅熟,約一分鐘。撈出漂過涼水,瀝乾。與其餘食材一同攪打至大略均勻,加蓋冷藏二小時以上,以待風味圓融。使用前取出,置至室溫,與奶油胚芽餅乾一同擺盤送席。 Edamame
