朵食用鮮花

雞蛋煮熟去殼,切碎。加入美乃滋、第戎芥末醬、海鹽、黑胡椒,拌和均勻。使用前拌入平葉歐芹碎。

法式長棍麵包斜切出八片,烤至表面略呈金黃。分盛上雞蛋沙拉,每組加上一片平葉歐芹葉、一朵食用鮮花。分置盤中,飾以平葉歐芹葉,送席。搭配青蔥濃羹供食。
