45 | grams 帕瑪森乳酪絲,

筆尖麵以大量薄鹽沸水煮 20 分鐘。 煮麵同時,將小番茄每只對切。黑橄欖、綠橄欖、蒜仁分別切片。羅勒葉留取少許用於裝飾,其餘切碎。 以橄欖油將蒜片炒至微黃,落入番茄、奧勒岡、紅辣椒粉,以海鹽、黑胡椒調味,以文火炒至番茄軟潤出汁,約五分鐘。拌入雙色橄欖,離火。拌入羅勒碎、乳酪絲。 撈出煮熟的筆尖麵,充分瀝乾。拌入番茄橄欖醬汁中,盛盤,飾以羅勒葉,送席。Tomato
