Shoots 可惜後來沒有買到小芥菜或青松菜,只買到上加已經切好的雪裡蕻。加上我太累,這雪筍炒雞絲完全是老爺的手澤。雖然刀工不如我意,然而非但風味絕佳,顏色也真是美! 做法請參考 這次做的份量較多,足夠用於雪筍炒年糕、雪筍麵佐刺參兩道美食。 |
