這次烏魚子使用焰炙。

鮮果原本計畫使用蓮霧和芭樂,可是這次的烏魚子較厚,加上兩種鮮果,可能較不容易入口。因此後來僅在蓮霧與烏魚子之間夾了薄薄一片西芹。
