因為女兒回來,今年我們在西曆 New Year's Eve 吃年夜飯。

清燉獅子頭, Pork Meatballs in Clear Broth
花菇扒蘆筍, Braised Shiitake with Asparagus
青蒜炒臘味, Garlic Greens and Charcuterie Stir Fry
扁尖燉子雞, Dried Bamboo Shoots Chicken Soup
鴻運滿堂彩, Full House of Red Hot Fortune
糖薑蒸酥酪, Forbidden Curd with Crystallized Ginger

這次烏魚子使用焰炙。

鮮果原本計畫使用蓮霧和芭樂,可是這次的烏魚子較厚,加上兩種鮮果,可能較不容易入口。因此後來僅在蓮霧與烏魚子之間夾了薄薄一片西芹。
