只茂谷柑, 160 g each

袋凍膠粉, unflavored gelatin, 7 g

只甜桃, nectarines

只牛奶蜜棗, fresh jujubes

茂谷柑擠出果汁,約得 480 ml。以 60 ml 浸潤凍膠粉,加熱至溶化。調入所餘的茂谷柑汁,分盛入六只威士忌杯內。

甜桃、蜜棗每只去核,連皮切為 12 瓣。分加入茂谷柑凍膠汁內,冷藏至凝結,約四小時。
